I am a professional, Non-denominational Wedding Officiant. I am the guardian of the ceremony. I am confident, secure and poised. It is not just "what" you say but "how" you say it that makes a difference. I make words come alive! My approach is to capture as much meaning and sentiment as possible in the shortest span of time. I will perform a perfect ceremony that will be memorable for a lifetime in a positive way rather than long, drawn-out and boring. Your ceremony will be concise, properly planned and well executed. 


During the months of February through November, my calendar of availability fills up quickly, so it is best to email me as soon as you have finalized the requirements below in How to Make a Reservation, so that I can check my calendar for the availability of your desired wedding date and time block.  Please be sure to review the SF City Hall Wedding Ceremony Packages listed below, so that you can inform us of which ceremony package that matches the request of your wedding needs.

SPECIAL$200 SF City Hall "Basic" Ceremony Package- The SPECIAL "Basic" City Hall Wedding package is ONLY offered Mon-Friday 9am-3pm. Limited to 6 guest total-(SF City Hall's Rule). SF City Hall (Mayor's Balcony/4th Floor) and couples that hire videographers are ineligible for the SPECIAL SF City Hall Ceremony package. 

Once the $200 retainer/reservation donation is paid, Your ceremony date and block of time is reserved. On your reservation, I will meet you at the bottom of the Grand Staircase inside SF City Hall and perform a "Basic" civil ceremony. This is a quick, fast Say I do ceremony package. Please Note: Ceremony planning, email and phone support is not costed or available with this basic ceremony package. I strongly believe that our reviews and Facebook page speaks volume.

**SF City Hall Weddings that do not meet the requirements for the SPECIAL "Promotional" SF City Hall "Basic" Ceremony Package shall choose from the BRONZE or SILVER Simple and Sweet Ceremony or the Custom Ceremony Packages Detailed below.

**Please view our SF City Hall Ceremony/IQ Photo Page. When reserving your City Hall Ceremony with A Perfect Wedding Ceremony, you do not need to make a ceremony reservation with SF City Hall. We do not email out civil ceremonies.

How to Pay the OFFICIANT DONATIONS-  I will email you an invoice to be paid online with a Visa/MC/Amex/Discover or PayPal Account. The invoice will include the Terms and Conditions of Service. Payment of the invoice implies that the Terms and Conditions of Service have been read and accepted.

**GOLD PACKAGE*-This "Personalized" Ceremony package is designed for couples who want to "Design Your Own Ceremony". The ceremony may include ANY elements such as what brought you together, cherished moments, funny stories, love stories, special readings and any spiritual rites. You can include your family and friends. The ceremony details (content and length of time) will be determined by you. You can be as formal and/or informal as you desire.

Marriage License: A PERFECT WEDDING CEREMONY DOES NOT ISSUE MARRIAGE LICENSES. The Couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license to be presented to the Officiant upon his arrival to the ceremony site.

Wedding ChapelFollowing the Ceremony-I will submit your marriage license to the County Clerk-Recorder after the wedding. Your certified marriage license will not be automatically mailed to you, unless you have arranged this service with your County Clerk. Certified Marriage License are typically available within two to three weeks after the wedding day. You may request your Certified Marriage License in person, by mail, or online. The exact instructions applicable to your county are noted on the marriage license application forms. The County Recorder is the go to for marriage license information.
