This simple and sweet ceremony is  intended for small intimate gatherings.  Larger Formal Weddings with Bridal Party are a better fit for the Gold.

SPECIAL Ceremony Packages are created to offer reduced fees from the Standard (Simple and Sweet Ceremony Packages) during not so popular days and times. The SPECIAL SF City Hall Weddings, Quick, Fast, Say I do Ceremony Package is unavailable during ideal and most popular wedding times and days, including weekends, holidays and holiday weekends.

• Private, Professional and Dynamic Officiant ---Quick, Fast, Say I do Ceremony 
• Meet your Private, Personal Officiant at your scheduled time. You do not need to take a number, No waiting in line.  Then, wait for your number to be called, then wait for your group of couples to be called, Then wait for your number as a couple from the group to be married in a congested area.
• I will meet you at SF City Hall and perform a basic civil ceremony within the available space at SF City Hall. Choice includes Rotunda/Grand Staircase. First Available. No congested Area.
• Complete and file the completed marriage license to the County Recorders Office. 
• What to Expect-Quick, Fast Say I do Ceremony Package-This Basic Civil Ceremony Pacakge is as close as you get to a no hassle marriage. This ceremony content has general and brief opening words on the subject of marriage. The Officiant will move directly to acquiring the couple"s consent to marriage. The couple shall make vows to each other (Say I do). The Officiant pronuounces The Couple married! Civil Ceremonies will not be emailed to The Couple.

Please review the marriage license information provided. It is the couples responsibility to obtain their marriage license through a County Clerk-Recorders Office. 

SF City Hall "basic" Wedding Ceremony Offered Mon.-Fri. 9:00am-3:00pm. This SPECIAL SF City Hall is Limited to 6 guest total-(SF City Hall's Rule). SF City Hall Ceremonies are very popular.

My weekly calendar for SF City Hall Weddings fills up fast. Due to the nature of ceremony request my schedule changes rapidly. It is always best to reserve your ceremony date and time as soon as you begin planning. Dates/time slots are reserved on a first served basis secured with a $200 Reservation/Retainer Donation. The full donation is due at the time of booking.

SPECIAL NOTE: 4TH FLOOR GALLERIES/MAYORS BALCONY AND COUPLES THAT HIRE VIDEOGRAPHERS FOR THEIR CEREMONIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE REDUCED FEE CEREMONY PACKAGE. Couples that reserve their ceremonies scheduled for the spaces above shall select from the standard Simple and Sweet CUSTOM or SILVER ceremony package. 

**SF City Hall Weddings that do not meet the requirements for the SPECIAL SF City Hall Basic Ceremony Ceremonies after 3pm Mon-Friday shall choose from the Simple and Sweet Packages or the Custom Package.

 RESERVE YOUR "SPECIAL" $200 SF CITY HALL Wedding "Quick, Fast, Say I do" Ceremony 

1. Once you have finalized your required items numbered, Please email me with the Required Information as numbered-1. Both Parties first and last name 2. the exact ceremony date, 3. exact ceremony start time, 4. number of guest 5. Number of Bridesmaids/Groomsmen(if any). 6. Your direct contact number. 7. Statement that you are ready to receive a prepared Reservation donation invoice to be paid online with any major credit card, within 24 hours of receipt-. Once I have determined that I am available, the full donation is due paid to secure the reservation.  

2. When I receive the requested information from item #1 above, If the date and block of time is available, I will email you to confirm. Then, l will either contact you over the phone or draft a retainer for the $200 Reservation donation. Donations for the retainer/reservation shall be paid online with a Visa/MC/Amex/Discover or PayPal Account within 24 hours of receipt. When the retainer/reservation invoice has been paid, payment of the Service Donation Invoice/Retainer deposit will serve as your confirmation. 

3. On your reserved date and time, I will meet you at SF City Hall, at the bottom of the Grand Staircase and perform your wedding ceremony either in the Rotunda or on the Grand Staircase. Special Note-( If the Rotunda or Grand Staircase is congested, I will take you to an area inside SF City Hall with less foot traffic).  Following the ceremony, I will complete and file the completed marriage license to the County Recorder to the jurisdiction where it was obtained.

Please Note: Couples that secure space and/or 4th Floor/Mayors Balcony at SF City Hall are ineligible for our SPECIAL-Reduced Donation- SF CITY HALL CEREMONY PACKAGE.

A Perfect Wedding Ceremony does not issue marriage licenses. You must obtain a valid marriage license from your local County Recorders Office. The Couple is also responsible for providing a witness or a witness can be provided for a $35 Witness Fee.
